    • Claim the designs, text, or instructions as your own.

  • Projects made using What Kimberley Makes patterns may be shared online or gifted, but may not be sold for profit without express written permission.

  • We are not responsible for any compatibility issues with your software, printer, or devices when downloading files.

4. Physical Products

  • Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible, but colours, textures, and finishes may vary depending on your screen or monitor.

  • We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, region, or jurisdiction.

5. Payment & Security

  • Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment card details.

  • By submitting your payment information, you authorise us to charge the total amount of your order.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • For physical goods, shipping times and costs will be displayed at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

7. Refunds & Returns

  • Digital downloads: Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded.

  • Physical products: Items may only be returned if they are faulty or damaged. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to report an issue. We may request photographic evidence before authorising a return or replacement.

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us only where an item is confirmed to be faulty or damaged.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, patterns, and downloads, is the intellectual property of What Kimberley Makes unless otherwise stated.

  • You may not use our content, trademarks, or designs without our express permission.
