Upcycling YouTube Video Tutorial - Turn an Old Cushion Cover into a Bag!

Do you like to upcycle? Or want to to get into it but not sure where to start? Upcycling is a great way to get more use from unwanted or unused items instead of throwing away. As well as being better for the environment, it's also very satisfying to make something without spending any money on materials!

This bag is a simple tote bag I've made using an old cushion cover! All you'll need is 2 extra pieces of fabric for the lining and 2 strips of fabric for the straps. The bag can be any size depending on how big your cushion cover is and you could also add a fastening to the top for more security. If you've got more spare fabric, you could make pockets for the inside too!
